You Have Questions?

Days 7-14 are the sweet spot! This is when you’ve had time to heal from birth, and your baby's belly is a little bit bigger that they can go a little bit longer in between feeds. At this age, the baby is also more flexible for those precious posed images! Do not worry though If your baby is over 2 weeks old newborn photos can still be done!

For Newborn sessions I highly recommend reaching out during your second trimester! This may seem early but I only book a few number of babies each month by due date. This will also give us plenty of time to schedule maternity pictures as well if this is something you are interested in!

You should definitely reach out! There is a possibility that I have a last minute opening and can make it work! I also have a network of photographers that i work closely with in the Apex, Raleigh area that I can refer you to if I am unable to accommodate you!

I have spent hours curating a client closet full of beautiful, flattering dresses for mom and tons of clothing options for babies and children up to sizes 5T! Session outfits play such a huge part in the overall look and feel of a session, and I want to help take the stress off of you having to choose clothing for everyone that will coordinate and photograph well. Of course you don't have to choose to wear anything from my client closet! The important thing is for you to feel comfortable and confident in whatever you have on.

As a mom of 2 absolute precious yet sometimes feral little ones I can assure you that you have nothing to worry about and we will still get some magical images! I have plenty of tricks up my sleeve.

General Questions

Simple Baby Petite Sessions are perfect for capturing those sweet milestones like sitting up, crawling, or first birthdays. These quick, 20–30 minute sessions include 5 professionally edited digital images with the option to purchase more if you just can’t narrow it down (we’ve all been there!). These sessions are available in the studio only!

Petite sessions are designed for babies 2–12 months old. If you’re marking a specific milestone, like tummy time, sitting up or a first birthday, book about 4 weeks in advance to ensure we get the perfect timing and availability.

Simple Baby Petite Sessions are held in my cozy, natural-light studio only! The focus is entirely on your little one, so no need to worry about coordinating the whole family for these sweet moments. (we will of course take a few parent shots if time permits!!)

I’ve got adorable, timeless outfits for babies up to size 5T in my client closet! You can also bring along a favorite piece or two if you have something special in mind. Simplicity is key to keeping all the attention on your little one’s sweet personality.

Petite sessions are all about celebrating your baby, so these sessions are for designed for little ones only. If time permits a few parents shots will be attempted at the end but if you want siblings to be included a full session would be a better fit!
